A family member of a 35-year-old man who was murdered in the Puerto Real residential area of Fajardo has arrived at the crime scene. The victim, identified as Sony Roberto Reyes Negrón, was an employee at a hotel in the eastern region of Puerto Rico.
Authorities have already identified the victim and are working to determine if the crime scene needs to be extended. The mother of the victim was seen to be visibly affected as investigators from the Cuerpo de Investigaciones Criminales (CIC) of Fajardo marked evidence and investigated the scene.
The incident occurred near a window of an apartment, where the victim was found shot.
