Jorge Colón Gerena, an entrepreneur who operates over a hundred restaurants of successful franchises in Puerto Rico, stated that businesses on the island face challenges due to constant uncertainty with basic services such as electricity and water. As an operator of numerous restaurants, Colón Gerena is not immune to these challenges.
He highlighted the difficulties of running businesses in Puerto Rico amidst this uncertainty.
