Aguadilla police reported that an apparent human skull was found on Sunday at Martinica beach. According to preliminary information, a person collecting crabs discovered what appeared to be a human skull.
Prosecutor Abdel Morales Villarubio ordered the skull to be collected and taken to the Institute of Forensic Sciences for analysis. Agents Ángel Morales Acevedo and Sergeant Ariel Irizarry from the Aguadilla Homicide Division, as well as Agent Daiana Vargas from the Aguadilla Technical Services Division, responded to the scene.
