Two armed and masked individuals assaulted a woman at her residence on PR-3, kilometer 50.1, in the Quebrada Vueltas neighborhood of Fajardo, stealing 24 designer watches, a $9,500 gold bracelet, cash, and several checks. The victim, who was arriving home in her 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 53, was approached by the assailants, forced to enter her residence, gagged, and robbed.
The perpetrators then fled in the victim's vehicle, which was later recovered in a vacant lot on PR-982 in Ceiba. The woman did not suffer physical harm.
Agent José Vélez Burgos of the Fajardo Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC), under the supervision of Lieutenant Isabel López, is investigating the incident.
