The Humacao Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) is searching for Pedro Nieves Martínez, 45, who faces charges of illegal appropriation and trespassing. According to an investigation by Agent Marangely Oliveras Rivera, on August 18, Nieves Martínez allegedly stole merchandise from The Home Depot store in Humacao.
Prosecutor Jaime Perea Mercado filed the charges, and Judge Enid Cristina Rivera García of the Humacao Court issued an arrest warrant with a $40,000 bail. The public is asked to provide information on Nieves Martínez's whereabouts to the CIC at (787) 852-1224, extension 1610, or to the Puerto Rico Police confidential line at (787) 343-2020.
