Police in Ponce, Puerto Rico, arrested 24-year-old Luis E. Castillo Figueroa, who allegedly posed as a doctor. Agents from the Police of Puerto Rico's Plan Zona-Servicio Preventivo executed a search warrant at a residence in the Playa neighborhood, where they seized a firearm, ammunition, and various items, including false certifications related to a cannabis dispensary, a medical sciences degree, and a psychiatrist certification.
They also found fake prescriptions for medication. The search warrant was issued by Judge Carlia N. Soto Padua, following a confidential investigation by Agent Carlos J.
Nieves Cortés. The case will be reviewed by the prosecutor to determine charges.
