Puerto Rico's La Plata reservoir dropped 8 centimeters between Saturday and Sunday, falling from 44.47 meters to 44.39 meters, according to a graphic published by the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (AAA). It is the only reservoir remaining below its adjustment level, and had already lost 9 centimeters between Friday and Saturday. Carraízo, which remains below its safety level and recently exited a rationing plan, dropped 4 centimeters, from 40.67 to 40.63 meters.
Matrullas, in Orocovis, saw one of the largest declines, losing 17 centimeters to reach 734.47 meters. Cidra, Toa Vaca, Carite and Fajardo each lost one centimeter; Toa Vaca (147.08 meters) and Carite (542.34 meters) remain below safety level, while Cidra and Fajardo are under observation. Only Guayo, in Lares, and Lucchetti, in Yauco, recorded increases in water levels.
