According to the Police report, a individual, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, armed and wearing black construction clothing, a yellow reflective vest, glasses, black gloves, and black boots, broke into a residence in the Santa María urbanization in Puerto Nuevo. The suspect tied up the complainant and stole several high-end watches, including a Montblanc, Cartier, Rolex, and Panerai, as well as jewelry and $3,000 in cash.
The stolen property is valued at $57,300. Agents from the San Juan Criminal Investigation Corps' (CIC) Robbery Division are investigating the incident.
