A woman was injured after being attacked in the face in Orocovis. The incident occurred on PR-155, kilometer 30.8, in front of Panadería Del Centro, in the El Gato neighborhood, during the early morning hours. According to preliminary information, the victim alleged that someone attacked her with a blunt object in different parts of her face while she was at the location.
The woman was taken to a local hospital by family members, where she received several stitches. No arrests have been reported in connection with this case. Agent Ángel Rivera, assigned to the Orocovis District, referred the case to the Assault Division of the Criminal Investigations Corps (CIC) in Aibonito, which will continue the investigation.
