Venezuelan singer-songwriter Danny Ocean and Puerto Rican artist Daddy Yankee released “Alfombra Voladora”, their first musical collaboration, now available on digital platforms. The track is part of Danny Ocean’s new project titled “La Postal” and blends the two artists’ styles, addressing love, desire and complicity over a rhythm that, according to the press release, is dedicated to that special someone.
The release also marks the first time in a decade that Daddy Yankee has joined a Venezuelan artist on a song, connecting Puerto Rico and Venezuela through the production. The launch coincides with new recognition for Danny Ocean, who received a 2026 Latin GRAMMY nomination in the Best Tropical Song category for “Crayola”, a track from his concept album “Babylon Club”.
