A judge at the Arecibo court found probable cause for arrest against two Hatillo men accused of illegally taking merchandise from the Home Depot store in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. The defendants were identified as Pedro Hernández Delgado, 68, and Samuel Hernández Serrano, 46, both residents of Hatillo. According to the Police, the incidents occurred on September 27 and October 4 of this year, when the men allegedly took merchandise from the store valued at $2,400.
After consulting the case with prosecutor José Acevedo Acevedo of the Department of Justice, four charges were filed against the defendants. A global bail of $10,000 was imposed, which the men posted. The preliminary hearing was scheduled for November 18.
