Playa Caracas

Playa Caracas, also known as Red Beach, is a beach with white sand and clear blue waters, featuring tidal pools and a shallow cove suitable for snorkeling, along with picnic areas and amenities. It is located in the Vieques National Wildlife Refuge and offers a nearby trail with scenic views. The beach has picnic tables and is easily accessible via a paved road.
