A three-year-old boy died by drowning around 4:00 pm on Friday at Boquerón Pool Paradise in the Boquerón neighborhood of Cabo Rojo. According to the Police report, a call was received through the 9-1-1 emergency system.
The three-year-old boy was transported by State Paramedics to a hospital where his death was certified. Agents from the Homicide Division of the Mayagüez Criminal Investigation Corps are investigating.
The incident occurred at a pool in Boquerón, Cabo Rojo, and the boy was taken to a hospital after being found unresponsive in the water.
