Puerto Rico Police arrested a man in connection with an alleged abuse case involving an 86-year-old woman at Hogar Casa Dorada, a long-term care facility in the Collores neighborhood of Las Piedras. According to a police report, officers responded Saturday to a 9-1-1 call about a suspicious situation, later classified as institutional abuse.
