Man from Gurabo Arrested for Alleged Pattern of Sexual Abuse Against Two Teenagers

Judge Irmarie Colón Massó of the Caguas Tribunal found cause for arrest against Isabelo Santana Casul, 44, for allegedly maintaining a pattern of abuse and sexual abuse against two adolescent relatives. Prosecutors Liza Morales Jusino and Krystal Feliciano Vázquez filed 12 charges against Santana Casul, including incest, lascivious acts, sexual aggression through intimidation and violence, and use of an air gun in the commission of a sexual assault.

The charges also include a pattern of physical and emotional maltreatment. Judge Colón Massó set a global bond of $300,000, which Santana Casul did not post, and he will remain in custody until the preliminary hearing on July 8.

According to the investigation by agent Mariliza Dones Román of the Caguas CIC's Sexual Crimes Division, the alleged crimes occurred between 2023 and 2025 against two consanguineous minor relatives, who are currently under the protection of the Department of the Family.
