Jasmine Camacho-Quinn Introduces Newborn Daughter Jayla Sol Carlies

Puerto Rican Olympic champion Jasmine Camacho-Quinn introduced her newborn daughter, Jayla Sol Carlies, on Friday. Camacho-Quinn shared a tender photo on Instagram, holding her baby in a hospital bed, with both wearing white and pink striped pajamas.

She wrote, 'Welcome to the world my princess.' The 100-meter hurdles champion at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics announced her first pregnancy on Mother's Day, which is a result of her relationship with American football player Jaylon Carlies. Camacho-Quinn, who will turn 30 in August and is also a bronze medalist from the 2024 Paris Olympics, has not competed since April 2025.

She is also a champion of the Central American and Caribbean Games in San Salvador 2023.
