The Puerto Rico Police are investigating a reported robbery that occurred on Wednesday afternoon at a Banco Popular branch located in Ponce Town Center. According to preliminary information, an individual arrived at the bank and announced the robbery through a note.
The suspect then took an undetermined amount of money and left the scene. No injuries have been reported in connection with the incident.
The Robbery Division of the San Juan Criminal Investigations Corps (CIC) is heading to the location to continue the investigation.
