LUMA Energy will perform maintenance and improvement work on the electrical system in various Puerto Rico municipalities this Saturday. The work includes increasing the resilience of power poles and repairing hot spots in electrical installations.
The power pole resilience work will be done in several locations, while hot spot repairs are scheduled in other areas. These tasks are part of LUMA's maintenance and improvement work to attend to and reinforce different components of the electrical grid.
Four towns may be left without power on Saturday due to the work.
