In Hatillo, Puerto Rico, a 69-year-old man was assaulted in his home during the early hours of Thursday in the Capáez neighborhood. Armed individuals entered through a window, reached the victim’s bedroom, and threatened him, taking his cellphone before abandoning the residence.
The incident was reported through the 9-1-1 Emergency System, and no arrests have been made. Agent Pascual Delgado Soto of the Hatillo District conducted the preliminary investigation, while Agent José Cabrera García of the Arecibo Criminal Investigations Corps (CIC) took over the investigation, according to the Police.
