Nahomi González González, a 22-year-old woman from Río Piedras, was arrested in San Juan for allegedly shooting a mother and her minor daughter at the Andrés Méndez Liciaga residential complex in San Sebastián. The incident occurred on June 4, 2026. González González faces charges of attempted murder, endangering public safety, and firearms violations.
She was ordered to be held at the Bayamón Penal Institution after failing to post a $1,050,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 9, 2026. The arrest was made pursuant to an order issued by Judge Jailene González Echevarría of the Aguadilla Tribunal.
González González was arraigned before Judge Rafael Lugo, who informed her of her rights.
