San Sebastián is an inland town in the western region of Puerto Rico, situated south of Isabela, Quebradillas and Camuy, north of Las Marías, east of Moca and Añasco, and west of Lares. It lies about 59 miles from San Juan and is organized into twenty-four barrios plus San Sebastián Pueblo, with a population of roughly 39,345 as of 2020.
