An 18-year-old man was shot and injured in an incident reported around 6:00 p.m. in Caimito, specifically on Calle 3 in the El Dulce sector. According to the Police, two individuals emerged from a green area near the victim's residence and shot him, causing a wound in his groin area. The victim's father retaliated, and during the exchange of gunfire, the attackers fled.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition. The Homicide Division of the San Juan CIC is investigating the incident. No information was provided on whether the attackers were injured.
