Tropical Storm Dolly has converted into a tropical wave, according to the National Hurricane Center (NHC). Although the system is no longer a storm, it continues to move towards the Caribbean and could bring a significant increase in rainfall to Puerto Rico between tomorrow and Monday.
The NHC reported this change, noting that the system's movement could still impact the island.
