The Miss Universe Experience exhibition at Plaza Las Américas in San Juan has drawn 27,700 visits in its first 23 days since opening on October 13, Puerto Rico Tourism Company executive director Willianette Robles Cancel announced on Thursday, November 5. The exhibition, part of the commemorations of the 75th Miss Universe pageant in Puerto Rico, displays 18 crowns used across different eras of the contest, along with photographs, historical pieces, collectibles and memorabilia spanning seven and a half decades.

Robles Cancel said the public response reaffirms the pageant’s appeal and the value of spaces that let residents and visitors take part in this historic celebration, adding that the Tourism Company keeps promoting initiatives that bring such events closer to local people and project Puerto Rico as a world-class entertainment tourism destination. Miss Universe Organization CEO Ronald Day said the museum’s reception in so little time shows the enthusiasm and affection fans have for the pageant.

A central attraction is the tour of the crowns, plus pieces highlighting fashion, design and the stories of the women who took part. A special section honors the five Puerto Rican Miss Universe winners: Marisol Malaret, Deborah Carthy-Deu, Dayanara Torres, Denise Quiñones and Zuleyka Rivera. The free-admission exhibition, on Plaza Las Américas’ second level in the former Sears space, runs through November 23, 2026, ahead of the November 24 final at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, open Tuesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
