Several criminal cases made headlines today in Puerto Rico. A couple from Arroyo, Angeline Lamboy Pérez and Emmanuel Lugo Ramos, were sentenced to 75 years in prison for sexually abusing minors. In a separate case, a 44-year-old man from Gurabo, Isabelo Santana Casul, was arrested and faces 12 charges, including incest and sexual aggression, for an alleged pattern of sexual abuse against two teenagers.

In other news, a 67-year-old man was detained as a 'person of interest' in the death of a woman in Caguas. On a different note, Jeremy Serrano Alicea was acquitted of murder charges in the case of two Peruvian students in Santurce.
