Cabo Rojo / Buyé–El Combate

Cabo Rojo / Buyé–El Combate is located in southwest Puerto Rico and offers on-water activities. It features consistent trade-wind kiting at Buyé and El Combate beaches, as well as clear shallow flats and offshore reefs for snorkeling and beginner diving.

The area is suitable for kite and dive activities, with southeast to east trades of 15–25 kt and visibility of 40–70 ft on reefs. The best time for kiting is from December to April, while snorkeling is available year-round.
