Puerto Rican actress and presenter Adamari López revealed that she recently rejected a proposal to return to acting due to the time commitment required for the project. López explained on her YouTube show, Ada y Chiqui de show, that she was offered a role in a theatrical production, but after evaluating the demands of the job, she decided not to accept.
The project would have required rehearsals, performances, and potential travel on weekends, which coincides with the time she dedicates to her daughter, Alaïa, who plays soccer. López emphasized that her decision does not mean she has lost interest in returning to acting, but rather she prefers to maintain a balance between her work and family life.
She also discussed the economic reality behind her professional decisions, stating that her income is necessary to support her household and that she is the primary provider for her family. López noted that working in television does not always mean a life of luxury, contrary to common perception.
