Puerto Rico's national soccer team, the Huracán Azul, defeated the Cayman Islands 3-0 on Thursday, earning six points in the Concacaf Nations League's Zone B standings. The team, led by American coach Jay Mims, played without Leandro Antonetti in the initial lineup but still managed to dominate the game. Jeremy De León, from Spain's Sant Andreu, led the local offense, assisting in the first two goals scored by Ricardo Rivera.

In the 93rd minute, Antonetti, who had been substituted in, scored the third goal from a penalty kick. Puerto Rico will face the Cayman Islands again on Sunday at the Estadio Centroamericano in Mayagüez.
