It sits south of Corozal and Naranjito, north of Coamo and Aibonito, west of Comerío and Cidra, and east of Orocovis, spread across six barrios plus Barranquitas Pueblo, and is part of the San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo Metropolitan Statistical Area.
