Naranjito is an inland municipality in Puerto Rico's central region, about 15 miles from San Juan and part of the San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is bordered by Toa Alta to the north, Barranquitas and Comerío to the south, Corozal to the east... correction, west, and Bayamón to the east, and comprises seven barrios plus Naranjito Pueblo.
